THANKSGIVING (Bread) Stuffing
 
REQUIRES: LARGE Mixing Container or Use Roaster Pan or it’s lid plus 2 qt baking container for extra dressing.
Start by dicing Celery and Onions (or chop fine in food processor). Use 4 cup measure for celery then later the eggs.
 
1cubeButter>Melt in Large Frying Pan
1cubeMargarine
 
½COnions (diced small)>Add to pan and Cook until soft.
4CCelery (diced small)
 
4Eggs (lightly beaten)>Beat with fork to combine. Use 4 cup Measure (save dishes)
2CChicken Broth (was Milk)
 
3pkgsBread Cubes>Put in Large Container. Throw away any seasoning packets.
 
Pour Celery Mixture and Milk/Eggs over Cubes. Toss gently with Wooden Spoons to distribute moisture evenly. Allow to stand to absorb moisture (10 min).
 
1TBaking Powder>Sprinkle and Toss as you do to distribute
