| ½ | C | Butter | > | Cream together. |
| ½ | C | Peanut Butter | ||
| ½ | C | Sugar | > | Add sugar gradually and cream thoroughly. |
| ½ | C | Brown Surgar (packed) | ||
| 1 | Egg (well beaten) | > | Add egg to creamed mixture. | |
| 1 ¼ | C | Flour | > | Sift together and add to creamed mixture. |
| ¾ | t | Baking Soda | ||
| ½ | t | Baking Powder | ||
| ¼ | t | Salt | ||
| Chill dough well; then form into balls the size of walnuts. Place balls on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork, dipped in flour, making criss-cross pattern. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. | ||||
