1-2-3 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
 
1CPeanut Butter>Mix together with beater until smooth.
¼CShortening
1CBrown Sugar (packed)
½Cboiling water
 
2CBisquick>Stir in Bisquick.
 
Drop small teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet.
Press with a fork dipped in Bisquick. Make criss-cross pattern.
