| This is the bread we made in KellyÕs 3rd grade class with all the children. | ||||
| ¼ | C | lukewarm water | > | Dissolve yeast in water in small bowl. |
| 1 | Pkg | yeast | ||
| 4 | C | boiling Skim milk | > | Combine Milk, Oats & butter in large bowl. Let stand 30 minutes. |
| 2 | C | Rolled Oats | ||
| ¼ | C | butter | ||
| ½ | C | Molasses or Brown Sugar | > | Add molasses, salt & Yeast mixture to oats. |
| 1 | T | Salt | ||
| 10-11 | cups | Flour (sifted) | > | Add flour until soft dough is formed, a few cups at a time. |
