NO PEEK BEEF CASSEROLE

Serve over noodles or rice.

2	lbs	Stew Meat	>	Cut into 1 in. pieces.

1	env	Dry Onion Soup Mix	>	Mix together. Add to beef in casserole and stir to coat meat.
½	C	Red Wine
1	can	Cream of Mushroom Soup
1	can	Mushrooms (4 oz, drained)
¼	C	Quick cooking Tapioca
