| You have never eaten a mango chutney like this! It’s fresh, spicy, and a beautiful bright gold color. The microwave seems to make this possible. Try making this — it takes less than 10 minutes. You’ll never go back to the jars. | ||||
| 1 | Mango (10-12 ounces) | > | Peel, half & seed Mango. Cut into ½ in. cubes. | |
| ½ | C | Sugar | > | Combine with Mango & stir to mix thoroughly. Cook uncovered on high for 7 minutes. |

| Allow the Chutney to cool slightly; then cover tightly and refrigerate. It will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator. | ||||
