Makes Dark Chocolate Fudge

2 quart mixing bowl &
8 x 12 glass pan
(line w/ Waxed Paper)

 
MAGIC VELVET FUDGE
 
3PkgsChocolate Chips (6 oz.) (Semi-Sweet)>Combine chocolate & Eagle Brand. Micro on high for 2 or 3 minutes.
Stir to remove lumps.
1CanEagle Brand [1]
 
2tVanilla>Add to Chocolate, Mix Well.
CPowdered Sugar (Sifted)
1pinch of Salt
½ - 1CWalnuts (Chopped)
 
Pour into (Waxed paper lined) pan. Chill until set (about 2 hours). Lift out of pan, remove paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
 

 
VARIATIONS:
 
Creamy Fudge:
Melt 2 C. Miniature Marshmallows with Chips & Milk
 
Milk Chocolate Fudge:
Replace 1 6 oz. pkg of Semi-Sweet with Milk Chocolate Chips
Make it Creamy Milk Chocolate by adding 2 C. Marshmallows.
 
Mexican Chocolate Fudge:
Reduce Vanilla to 1 t., add 1 T. instant coffee and 1 t. ground cinnamon.
 
Butterscotch Fudge:
Omit - Chocolate Chips, Vanilla & Powdered Sugar
Add
 
212 oz PkgsButterscotch flavor chips>Melt with Eagle Brand.
 
2TWhite Vinegar>Stir in.

½tMaple Flavoring
1CChopped Nuts
