| Pour into (Waxed paper lined) pan. Chill until set (about 2 hours). Lift out of pan, remove paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. | ||||

| Replace 1 6 oz. pkg of Semi-Sweet with Milk Chocolate Chips | ||||
| Make it Creamy Milk Chocolate by adding 2 C. Marshmallows. | ||||
| Mexican Chocolate Fudge: | ||||
| Reduce Vanilla to 1 t., add 1 T. instant coffee and 1 t. ground cinnamon. | ||||
| Butterscotch Fudge: | ||||
| Omit - Chocolate Chips, Vanilla & Powdered Sugar | ||||
