Oven 350° 2 ½ - 3 hours | |||

| 3-4 | lbs | Beef-Chuck Pot Roast | > | Place on double thickness of Heavy Duty foil or in bag. Coat meat all over with onion soup mix. |

| ¼ | C | Red Wine | > | Mix together. Spoon on top. |
| 1 | can | Cream of Mushroom Soup | ||
| Seal foil or bag. Slit bag per instructions on box. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 in. pan. Bake at 350° for 2 ½ - 3 hours. Remove meat to Platter. Skim off excess fat from juices. Serve juices as is OR thicken for gravy. | ||||
| Optional: Add Sour Cream or Yogurt to juice for creamy gravy. | ||||
