| Serve in separate container - don't let dressing run into other foods. YUK! | ||||
| 1 | sm | head of Cabbage | > | Slice in food processor with 4 mm. blade. |
| Optional additions to cabbage: | ||||
| 1 | Carrot (grated) | |||
| 1 | sm | Onion (white, minced) | ||
| 3 | stlks | Celery (minced) | ||
| COLESLAW DRESSING | ||||
| ¼ | C | Wine Vinegar | > | Dissolve Sugar in Vinegar. |
| 1 ½ - 2 | T | Sugar | ||
| 2 | T | Oil | > | Add to vinegar and sugar. |
| ¾ | C | Mayonnaise | ||
| 1 | T | Dijon Mustard (Old Monk) | ||
| Stir together with fork. | ||||
| Salt, if desired. | ||||
| Toss veggies with dressing, then refrigerate before serving. Will keep up to a week tightly covered. | ||||
