COLESLAW
 
Serve in separate container - don't let dressing run into other foods. YUK!
 
1smhead of Cabbage>Slice in food processor with 4 mm. blade.
 
Optional additions to cabbage:
 
1Carrot (grated)
1smOnion (white, minced)
3stlksCelery (minced)
 

 
COLESLAW DRESSING
 
¼CWine Vinegar>Dissolve Sugar in Vinegar.
1 ½ - 2TSugar
 
2TOil>Add to vinegar and sugar.
¾CMayonnaise
1TDijon Mustard (Old Monk)
 
Stir together with fork.
 
Salt, if desired.
 
Toss veggies with dressing, then refrigerate before serving. Will keep up to a week tightly covered.
