| These little morsels are required for Kevin on Christmas Eve. Grandma Sailor fixes them for him every year. | ||||
| 2 | C | > | Mix everything together. | |
| ½ | C | Walnuts (Ground) | ||
| ½ | C | Confectioners’ Sugar | ||
| ½ | C | Chocolate Syrup | ||
| 1-2 | T | Bourbon | ||
| Working quickly make small balls. Roll dough between your palms and then dust with additional confectioners’ sugar. If dough gets dry add a drop more bourbon. | ||||
| You can crush Wafers in a Baggie or in Food Processor. One of my cookbooks says there is a lady that runs over the baggie with her car to make crumbs. | ||||
