| Many Ambrosia Salads are made with Whipped Cream. This is Grandma's Lower Fat version. | ||||
| 1 | Can | Pineapple chunks (20 oz.) | > | Drain both, well, in sieve. |
| 1 | Can | Mandarin Orange Segments (11 oz.) | ||
| 1 ½ | C | Seedless Grapes | > | Combine with drained fruit in bowl. |
| 1 | C | Miniature Marshmallows | ||
| 1 | C | Flaked Coconut | ||
| ½ | C | Nuts | ||
| ¾ | C | Sour Cream OR Vanilla Yogurt | > | Combine and Stir into Fruit. |

| You can be more creative when you increase the size of this recipe. Add Apples (unpeeled) in both red and green. Use both green and red grapes. The key is lots of color and abundance. | ||||
